FIELD: production of layer materials for sewing industry to fuse clothing parts, may be used in chemical and textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves producing thermal adhesive coated layer material directly from polymer without use of textile base; applying even layer of powdered polymer onto anti-adherent substrate; fusing and calendaring at temperature exceeding acrylic polymer melting temperature by 40-50 C and under pressure of 15-40 MPa; cooling; winding separately from base into roll. EFFECT: provision for producing layer materials of different surface density, increased adhesion to textile materials and required rigidity. 1 dwg, 1 tbl, 1 ex
