FIELD: composite materials.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of production of functional composite materials from polymer fibers, preferably used for filtering oils, fuels and gases, in special textile. A method for the attachment of functional fibrous material to non-woven substrate includes stages of application to non-woven substrate of polyester fibers by electroforming a hot-glue layer of fibers with an average diameter from more than 1.5 to 3.5 mcm, while the surface density of the hot-glue layer is 0.6-4.0 g/m2, duplication with functional fibrous material with an average fiber diameter of 0.1-1.2 mcm, surface density of 0.3-8.0 g/m2, and calendaring at a shaft temperature of 60-120°C and a pressure of 0.1-0.4 MPa to attach layers together into composite material. The hot-glue layer is obtained from a solution of a mixture of phenol-formaldehyde resin of a resole type and methylol polyamide resin at their mass ratio of 30:70-85:15, respectively, in ethyl alcohol with the addition of butyl acetate in the amount of 10-30% by weight of a solvent, with a total concentration of a molding solution of 16-19 wt.%, with the addition of polyvinyl butyral in the amount of 2-7% by weight of dry matter. At the same time, the surface density of the hot-glue layer is 0.6-4.0 g/m2.

EFFECT: invention provides for the attachment of various functional materials to non-woven substrate into composite.
