FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: the present innovation deals with treating chronic ischemia in a limb and, also, syndrome of diabetic foot. From one access it is performed several trepanation canals located at different angles, the blind ones of which are additionally supplied with conductors applied for carrying out further impact upon bone marrow due to low-intensity laser radiation, at the time for its total impact upon bone marrow per a seance ranges 5.0-30 min and intramedullary injection of medicinal preparations. As external physiotherapeutic impact one should apply ultrasound impact at 880 kHz frequency, 0.4 W/cm intensity for 5-6 min per a seance performed in projections of areas of fulfilled canals and along the main vessels. As for the quantity of seances of ultrasound impact and low-intensity laser radiation corresponds to, at least, 5 that provides better circulation in a limb. EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy. 3 ex
