FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to methods of estimating state of blood circulation in extremities, and can be used for intraoperative prediction of mediated revasculation effect in patients with chronic ischemia of lower extremities. Intraoperative examination of skin and bone blood flow is performed by method of laser and ultrasonic Doppler flowmetry. Examination is carried out at the level of big toe nail fold, dorsum of the foot, middle third of shin and in compact plate of upper third of tibia before and after its intended injury, made for mediated vascularisation. In cases when after injury increase of indices of capillary skin blood flow at all examined levels is higher than 50% and that of microcirculatory bone blood flow is higher than by 40%, appropriateness of carrying out repeated courses of mediated revascularisation is predicted.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to provide possibility of intraoperative prediction of appropriateness of carrying out repeated courses of mediated revasculation of extremities in patients with chronic ischemia.
