FIELD: veterinary medicine.

SUBSTANCE: method of combined stimulation of reparative osteogenesis in animals includes a combination of the method of transosseous osteosynthesis and application with use of osteoperforation in the area of fracture, using infrared fiber optic laser in the pulse-periodic mode 100×50, with a wavelength of 1560 nm, power of 25-40 W. The laser osteoperforation in the core of fracture is carried out on a single occasion in five points for 3-10 seconds. The first two points at a distance of 1.0-1.5 cm from the fracture area in both bone fragments, the second two points at a distance of 1.0-1.5 cm from the first two ones, the fifth point passes through the fracture area. Delivery of energy was carried out percutaneously, by contact, through quartz optical fiber with a diameter of 0.4 mm. Thus the through perforations are formed in the area of bone fracture in planes perpendicular to the bone.

EFFECT: method enables to achieve full anatomical and functional recovery of the damaged bone, to reduce the time of reparative osteogenesis and to prevent the development of complications.
