FIELD: manufacture of complex-shape parts of aluminum, copper, nickel and their alloys. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of placing blank twisted with overlapping in zone of action of magnetic inductor connected with high-frequency electric current pulse generator; setting initial gap between welded surfaces in range 0.3 - 1 mm; at side opposite relative to magnetic inductor restricting blank by means of lower die of insulation material; forcing welded surfaces one to another and to lower die with use of interaction of forces of magnetic fields of inductor and self-induction electric current occurred in blank and heating parts in welding zone. Gap between welded surfaces allows to clean parts by means of electric spark discharge providing splash out of oxides and other impurities until touching of joined surfaces by action of magnetic pressure.
