FIELD: wood-working industry, wood plaining for manufacture of joiner's and furniture articles. SUBSTANCE: the head has a tapered body with knives and wedges installed in it. The knives and wedges are placed in an integral body, having the shape of an isosceles trapezoid diametric to the groove with provision of rotation of the milling head in both sides, depending on the sharpening of the knives, having an increased length making it possible to squeeze the knife by two wedges.
