SUBSTANCE: group of inventions is related to devices for processing small-sized wood. A device for profiling thin wood includes a table (1), a motor (2), two cutters (3), which are located opposite each other and fixed on the table at a distance of the thickness of the required profile. Moreover, the ends of the cutters are made smooth, with a diameter equal to or greater than the thickness of the processed trunk, placed at the cutting level of the plane on the trunk and serve as guides for the profile being created. In the second embodiment, a device for profiling thin wood includes a table, a cutter and a motor, and at least two straight cutters (7) or shaped cutters mounted vertically on the table with their ends up and located opposite each other. Moreover, the length of the side blades of the cutters is at least equal to or greater than the height of the processed trunk, in turn, at least two guide inserts (8) are installed behind the cutters, located opposite each other on the line of the cutter blades, creating with them a single line for the processed trunk, which rests against the guides with the newly created flat surfaces and slides along them.
