SUBSTANCE: device includes interlock which can selectively displace into and out of interlocking meshing with chosen, for instance, transfer mechanism of vehicle, electric motor connected by drive with interlock for selective displacement of interlock at least in one direction by means of electric signal from signal source arranged out of the limits of interlock, and lock cylinder operated by key and containing rotary reversing mechanism. Interlock contains also mechanical cancel element connected with interlock. Mechanical cancel element is adapted for manual control to displace interlock in at least one direction.
