SUBSTANCE: invention relates to construction of railways and it can used in repair of track. Proposed device for mounting and/or demounting of pin terminal of anchor rail fastening consists of lever-handle changing into stop part made in form of plate on end of at least one of sides of which mounting recess is made whose sizes are commensurable with sizes of cross section of terminal pin. For single-turn terminal with horizontal fixing section, at least one of sides of stop part is working side, on which concave arc-shaped section is made beginning of which is arranged at a distance from center of mounting recess commensurable with distance between axes of terminal legs. Lengths of arc of concave section is in direction proportion to length of fixing section of terminal and its angle of tilting to vertical surface of anchor at preliminary mounting conditions. Radius of arc of concave section is commensurable with half of distance between axes of terminal legs. For demounting of terminal, convex arc-shaped section is made on working side whose beginning of located at a distance from center of mounting recess commensurable with distance between axes of terminal legs. Length of arc of convex section is not less than length of fixing section of terminal. Radius of arc of convex section is commensurable with distance between axes of terminal legs, mounting recess being arranged on side opposite to working side of stop part.

EFFECT: development of simple in design, compact and low-cost device for mounting and/or demounting of pin single-turn terminal of anchor rail fastening.
