FIELD: controlling fuel-oxidant mixture in burner supply pipeline. SUBSTANCE: device has unit for varying fuel-oxidant mixture composition and measuring instrument for recording fuel-oxidant mixture condition. Device also has control circuit for mixture composition varying unit depending for its operation on mixture condition recorded by measuring instrument. The latter records state of at least part of fuel-oxidant mixture by measuring its precombustion viscosity or its function; it is installed along mixture flow upstream of composition varying unit and controls mixture composition in compliance with function of recorded viscosity by means of device control circuit, or it may be installed downstream of mixture composition varying unit and controls mixture composition by means of device control circuit. EFFECT: improved design of oxidant-fuel proportion control device in burner supply pipeline at reasonable cost. 21 cl, 6 dwg
