FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves determining cholesterol content in patient blood serum. Blood serum lipid spectrum values like general lipids, triglycerides and β-lipoproteins are studied. Free radical oxidation condition is evaluated by applying chemoluminescence method. Cholesterol content, general lipids, triglycerides and -β-lipoproteins amount growing in combination with free radical oxidation system inhibition signs accompanied with falling spontaneous luminescence intensity by 23% and more, sensorineural deafness diagnosis is set. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in carrying out therapy correction in due time. 2 tbl
