SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring low density lipoproteins(LDLP), very low density lipoproteins(VLDLP), high density lipoproteins(HDLP) and cholesterol (ChS) contents in blood serum and lipid peroxidation products chemiluminescence ChL. Total photosum is determined in 60 s in kPhoton units. Diagnosis coefficient is calculated from a formula k= ChL(LDLP + VLDLP)x ChS(LDLP + VLDLP)/ ChL(HDLP) ChS(HDLP), where ChL(LDLP + VLDLP) and ChL(HDLP) are the total sum of chemiluminescence during 60 s caused by (LDLP + VLDLP) and (HDLP) fractions, respectively and ChL(LDLP + VLDLP) and ChL(HDLP) are cholesterol levels of the corresponding fractions.
