FIELD: medicine, laboratory diagnostics.
SUBSTANCE: in blood serum one should detect quantitative content of autoantibodies to nerve growth factor (NGF), leukocytic elastase (LE) and alpha-1 proteinase inhibitor (α-1PI) and based upon these values it is possible to predict the flow of sensoneural impaired hearing and detect body disorders that enhance impaired hearing function in case of this disease.
EFFECT: higher accuracy of prediction.
