FIELD: medicine, otorhinolaryngology.
SUBSTANCE: one should inject intravenously perfluorane at the quantity of 2.5-3.0 g/kg patient's body weight. Injection of perfluorane is combined with inhalation of 40-45%-air-oxygen mixture for 10 min before perfluorane injection and repeatedly for 10 min afterwards. The method enables to shorten therapy terms.
EFFECT: higher efficiency of therapy.
