FIELD: field generation for various loads on board satellite. SUBSTANCE: device designed to generate field for loads on board satellite by applying direct- or reversed-polarity voltages across their two leads has four identical semiconductor modules designed to provide for periodic alternation of on- and off-states by their doubling and squaring so as to enhance radiation resistance and active existence of device in space. Switching and logic units of each module are assembled around two integrated circuits of twin bridge exciters; telemetering unit of semiconductor module is built around integrated circuits of twin microelectronic relays and digital components. Semiconductor module of bridge-type dc voltage switching device functions to pass either positive level of supply voltage +Us or ground potential level, or does not pass any voltage to two inputs through high- power field-effect N-MOS transistors.
