FIELD: measuring equipment.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of measuring equipment, and can be used to control the objects optical properties and in distributed access control devices with the high level of external illumination. Pulsed radiation photodetector contains a photodiode (1), a LED (2), an amplifier (3) with the first resistor (4) in the feedback circuit, an integrator (5) on the amplifier (6) with the second resistor (7) and the capacitor (8), a controlled current generator (9) on the MOS transistor (10) with the third resistor (11) in the source circuit, the fourth resistor (12) and the voltage source (13) output terminal. Photodiode (1) anode and the LED (2) cathode are connected to the voltage source zero circuit, and the photodiode (1) cathode is connected to the controlled current generator (9) output and to the amplifier (3) inverting input. Amplifier (3) and integrator (5) non-inverting inputs are connected to the LED (2) anode, which is used as the reference voltage UREF stabilizer. Integrator (5) Output voltage UI is supplied to the MOSFET (10) gate for the drain current ISP adjustment depending on the photodiode (1) constant photocurrent IFP. Amplifier (3) output is the device output.
EFFECT: invention enables increase in the conversion to pulsed radiation sensitivity and accuracy with the high level of external illumination, which is due to the possibility of the external illumination automatic compensation at the photosensor output.
