FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has supporting member, soft base, rigid base and an additional base with three flexible chambers. Internal cavities of the chambers are connected to each other via throttles to form closed, partially filled geometrical pneumatic or hydraulic system to alternatively involve muscles in work. The additional rigid base is attached to the supporting member. The flexible chambers are positioned between the rigid bases and fixed in the same plane without intersecting each other on different vectors relative to rigid bases centers of gravities.
