SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgery. It involves fibrogastroscopy combined with duodenal probe installation into the inferior/horizontal part of the duodenum. A probe with integrated biopsy forceps is passed in the stomach through the nasal passage and installed parallel to an endoscope with a biopsy canal line and a loop through the mouth cavity into the stomach up to a distal part of the duodenal decompression nutrition probe. The line loop is formed before the endoscope inserted into the stomach by introducing the line in the biopsy canal of the endoscope through a handle until escaping from the distal part of the endoscope. Then the distal end of the line is dipped back in the biopsy canal at 8-10 cm with forming a loop outside of the endoscope to throw over the distal end of the probe. The advancing probe is delivered to the inferior/horizontal part of the duodenum with inducing and relieving the stiffness of the duodenal decompression nutrition probe with the use of the biopsy forceps. The line loop is extracted. The visually monitored endoscope reciprocates to be removed with inducing or relieving the stiffness of the duodenal decompression nutrition probe with the use of the biopsy forceps to avoid its displacement in the duodenum. The biopsy forceps reciprocate to be removed from the duodenal decompression nutrition probe.

EFFECT: method enables reliable probe installation.
