FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field invention relates to field of medicine, namely to oncology, and can be applied in treatment of failure of esophagoenteroanastomosis sutures. Essence of method consists in installation of self-expanding esophageal with anti-reflux valve in the place of defect, performed under endoscopic control. Suspended enterostomy is additionally applied. Stent is installed on length exceeding zone of esophagoenteroanastomosis failure by 6-8 cm.
EFFECT: application of claimed invention makes it possible to close esophago-abdominal fistula that was formed and eliminate zone of anastomosis failure in early postoperative period in patients with gastric cancer.
