FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves removing polyp tissue and healing the main disease by administering glucocosteroids preparations. Low intensity laser radiation treatment is applied within the method with wavelength of 630 nm and power of 50 mW/cm2. External cutaneous treatment is applied to nasal bridge area for 1 min and for 20 s in the center of nasal dorsum. 1 min long treatment is administered to fossa canina point on both sides. Intranasal treatment involves introducing light guide alternatingly into both nasal passages at a depth of 1 cm. Exposure time is equal to 15 s. Blood irradiation is carried out in transcutaneous supravenous mode Exposure time is equal to 15 min. The total daily treatment course is 15 days long. Ingacort aerosol is intranasally administered to a patient at a dose of 250 mg in performing inhalation in each nasal passage twice a day.
