FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves applying surgical intervention by means of endonasal microsurgery of nose and perinasal sinuses. The surgical intervention is combined with peroral introduction of Umcalor at a dose of 30 drops 3 times a day 10-15 days before the surgical intervention during 3-4 weeks in combination with local corticosteroid insufflation. EFFECT: prolonged remission period.
