SUBSTANCE: invention provides sorption-filtration material containing manganese dioxide (10-14%) on aluminosilicate carrier, in particular bentonite clay subjected consecutively to thermal and acid activation. Preparation comprises thermoactivation of bentonite followed by acid treatment and treatment with Mn2+ salt and KMnO4 solutions.
