FIELD: processes and equipment for metering fluids. SUBSTANCE: device connected with reservoir for metering fluid has opening and locking member engaged with said opening and made with possibility of motion between position for closing opening and position for keeping it open. Part of metering device is preliminarily made as one piece together with mouth of reservoir; remaining part of device is connected with reservoir. Part of metering device which is preliminarily made in mouth of reservoir includes means for fixed holding of locking member in one of its positions and (or) means for shifting locking member to one of its positions. Metering device also includes pump arranged between reservoir and outlet opening and movable unit connected with pump for functioning it. Metering device also includes system for preliminary compression; several ducts connecting pump with reservoir and (or) with outlet nozzle are made as one piece. Method for making reservoir with metering device and filling it with fluid comprises steps of making reservoir; preliminarily making part of metering device in mouth of reservoir, making remaining part of metering device, filling reservoir with fluid; closing reservoir due to joining remaining part of metering device with said reservoir. Reservoir may be preliminarily made by means of injection molding and pneumatically shaping for imparting final shape to reservoir before filling it.
