SUBSTANCE: device consists of case made out of plastic connected with container, of pump arranged in container, also, pump is actuated with trigger, and of appliance returning trigger into initial position. The trigger and appliance for its return into the initial position are fabricated as a single unit. A connecting part functions as conjugation between the trigger the appliance for return. The rigger with the appliance for return into initial position are fabricated out of plastic more rigid, than material of the case. The trigger and the appliance for return into initial position are designed so that the appliance for return into initial position keeps on engaging the trigger even at damage of the connecting part.

EFFECT: simplified design of device.
