FIELD: production of pipes out of thermoplastic materials. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of manufacturing of spiral-reeled up pipes out of thermoplastics and a device for its realization. The method of manufacturing of the spiral-reeled up pipes out of thermoplastics provide for coiling of thermoplastic shape having a rectangular cross-section around of a barrel. Adjacent wraps are linked to each other by welding and the external welded seams are smoothed using means of makeup heating and a flattening body. The pipe is fed in an axial forward direction by means of the free-revolving pressure rollers acting on the thermoplastic shape. At feeding to the barrel the thermoplastic shape is brought to a stationary first section and there execute welding. The formed welded seam is placed so that it transits along a helical groove going along the stationary first section. Internal and external welded seams are treated by means of the additional makeup heating and the fixed flattening body, placed on the indicated welded seams. Then the pipe is revolved and the thermoplastic shape spiral-reeled up is executed. The invention provides for the device for realization of this method. The invention allows to remove the welding rough edges and nicks on external and internal pipe surfaces. EFFECT: the invention allows to manufacture spiral-reeled up pipes out of thermoplastics and to remove the welding rough edges and nicks on their external and internal surfaces. 11 cl, 3 dwg
