The component for supply of the continuous expandable cord suitable for spiral wounding around the said profile layer and implementation between the profile layer and top layer. The device contains a rotating cylindrical mandrel, having the mandrel profile corresponding to the belt profile, and periphery below the periphery of the profile layer such that at any time moment only area of the profile layer can be engaged with the mandrel. The engaging roller is located adjacent to the mandrel to press the profile layer to the mandrel resulting in engagement during the profile layer winding at the area of the mandrel winding during the mandrel rotation.
