FIELD: food industry. SUBSTANCE: invention relates to devices designed for regulation of draining of food products, such as wine, juice or milk by gravity from reservoirs and reservoirs in little amounts. Proposed cock is made in form of t-pipe with longitudinal central part and inlet branch pipe inserted into mating branch pipe of liquid reservoir. Central part is provided with longitudinal through hole connected with inlet branch pipe hole. End of said hole is hermetically closed by tightly fitted-on deformable flexible cap with inner downwards pointed central seat for tight fitting of end of drain valve shank. Head of cock forms hermetically sealed pair with mating seat of lower end hole of central part from outside. Valve and cap are made for translational motion corresponding to deformation of cap. Head in downwards extended position with open lower end of hole provides draining of liquid. Cap is closed from top by guard rigid boot. Cock is provided with device for aligning displacement of valve along central part hole axis. Inlet branch pipe is furnished with outer intermediate sealing beads and fixing bead on end whose diameter is smaller than diameter of sealing beads. Mating branch pipe of reservoir is provided with groove for sealing bead and mating projection for fixing bead is place where branch pipe hole changes into reservoir. Rigid guard boot is divided into two parts by weakened, and tongue for gripping by fingers on upper part. Lower part is interference-fitted on central part of housing. Device for aligning displacement of valve along hole axis can be made in form of longitudinal alignment guides around head and/or shank of valve.
