FIELD: hydrometallurgy of noble metals. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a method of a lixiviation of the gold-bearing concentrates and a device for its realization . The invention is dealt with the field of hydrometallurgy of noble metals and may be used in particular for extraction of gold from concentrates by lixiviation in cyanide solutions. The technical result of the invention is an increase of the speed of gold dissolution and the degree of its extraction in the processes of cyaniding of gold-bearing concentrates, a decrease of a share of the manual labor, an increase of productivity and simplification of technology. It is achieved at the expense of lixiviation of gold from concentrates under optimal oxygen pressure of 2-5 gage atmospheres at an optimal concentration of cyanide in a solution from 5 up to 16 g/l and at the low ratio of the liquid to solid phases, which is varying within the limits from 0.75 up to 1. At that the acceptable degree of extraction of gold in the productive solutions, equal to 93-98.5 % for 8-12 hours is reached. Method is realized in the drum-type apparatus with loading and the unloading of the concentrate excluding usage of manual labor, penetration of the air in the apparatus and the automatic optimal ratio of volumes of gas, liquid and solid phases. EFFECT: the invention allows to simplify technology, to increase speed of gold dissolution, degree of its extraction, productivity of the process, to decrease a share of the manual labor. 2 cl, 1 dwg, 4 tbl
