GAS CLEANING DEVICE Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: air conditioning+ADs- air treatment in industrial locations for cleaning it of solid particles and organizing closed-cycle ventilation. SUBSTANCE: device has case with inlet and outlet pipes and ports for discharging separated particles, as well as multiple-disk rotor. Curvilinear inlet pipe of device and its outlet pipe are disposed so that they occupy sector of minimum 90 deg. on device case. Disk rotor is mounted in additional shell that forms, together with case, passage for discharging gas and separated particles through ports made in additional shell and arranged in tandem from inlet pipe to outlet one, port size being sequentially enlarged. EFFECT: enhanced capacity of device+ADs- improved quality of air cleaned from solid particles by dry method. 1 cl, 2 dwg
