FIELD: devices for separation of liquid nonhomogeneous media under action of centrifugal forces; chemical, oil refining, food-processing, pharmaceutical and other industries. SUBSTANCE: centrifuge includes rotor mounted on shaft and assembled from two cone-shaped ferrules directed towards each other by their larger bases; lower ferrule is located for axial displacement for discharge of sediment and upper ferrule is provided with holes for introducing suspension. Disk located inside divides its interior into parts; receiving chamber located on lower ferrule is used for discharge of cleaned liquid. This chamber is formed by vertical partition secured on lower ferrule and provided with holes in its lower portion; fraction of flow section of these holes ranges from 1 to 3% of flow section of holes used for introducing suspension. Disk is provided with blades for rotation of suspension at angular velocity f rotation of rotor. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency of flow of cleaned liquid at rotor outlet; enhanced safety of process at separation of explosive suspensions. 1 dwg
