METHOD FOR URETER-INTESTINAL ANASTOMOSIS Russian patent published in 2004 - IPC

FIELD: medicine, surgery. SUBSTANCE: ureter's distal part is dissected along its low-vascular surface. Developed end of ureter should be sutured with ligatures: ligatures should be passed into intestinal opening to be sutured from inside outwards by pulling them up. Anastomosis' distal part should be impregnated into intestinal lumen. The ends of ligatures should be tightened by pairs by forming the first row of anastomosis' sutures. The knots of sutures should be covered with sero-serous sutures. The second row of anastomosis' sutures should be formed between adventitious layer of ureter and intestinal serous layer.
