FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to surgical treatment of urinary bladder diseases and can be used at reconstructive stage of operative intervention after cystectomy. For this purpose cystectomy is performed. Neocyst is formed from stomach, ureters are sewn with duodenum stump. Duodenum stump is invaginated through pylorus into urinary reservoir. Single sero-serous suture is applied, serous stomach tunic is sewn on opposite side. After that ligature is tightened forming muscular press.
EFFECT: claimed method allows to prevent development of reflux-pyelonephritis, CPN and improves direct results of surgical treatment of patients with cancer of urinary bladder.
