FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, to urology. Bladder is removed and replaced with a reservoir made from a fragment of the small intestine according to Studer. Distal ends of the ureters are resected to the level of the lower and middle thirds to well-perfused tissues, spatulated and catheterised. Right ureter is anastomosed with a blind end of a non-detubulized segment of the reservoir according to the Nesbit technique. Left ureter is brought into the abdominal cavity through an opening in the mesentery of the descending colon and implanted in the middle part of the non-detubulized segment according to the Nesbit technique. Wide peritoneal flap is separated from the mesentery of the sigmoid colon, which is fixed by several sutures to a non-detubulized segment of the reservoir in the area of the left uretero-reservoir anastomosis.

EFFECT: method enables to provide sufficient blood supply to the distal ends of the ureters, fixation of the non-detubulized segment of the reservoir, which prevents the development of tension and hypermobility in the anastomosis area, and thereby reduces the risk of leakage and/or strictures of the anastomosis and improves treatment results.
