FIELD: medicine; surgery.

SUBSTANCE: total midline laparotomy is performed, the right and left ureters are isolated and mobilized from the retroperitoneal space on the left and right to their lower third. Next, the superior vesical arteries are isolated and ligated, while the bladder is mobilized along the anterior surface and lateral walls. Resection of the bladder is performed using a monopolar electrocoagulator while preserving the bladder neck. Next, the right half of the colon and ileum are mobilized, the colon is crossed with a hardware suture at the level of the ascending colon, and the ileum is crossed. The right and left ureters are sutured into the segment of the ileum using PDS 5/0 thread. 20 cm of the ileum are mobilized, the right and left ureters are sutured into the mobilized segment of the ileum, 2 cm of the distal parts of which are left in the intestinal lumen. Then the cecum is sewn to the previously left neck of the bladder with a continuous suture of the “end to end” type, forming a spherical reservoir.

EFFECT: method eliminates the probability of urine reflux, as a result of which the risk of infectious complications from the upper urinary tract is reduced.
