FIELD: medicine, anesthesiology. SUBSTANCE: subarachnoidal anesthesia should be conducted with hyperbaric solution of anesthetic preparation at the level of subarachnoidal puncture and beneath it, and epidural catheter should be introduced being 2-3 cerebrospinal segments above the puncture level of subarachnoidal space. The present innovation provides sufficient anesthesia and myorelaxation at patient's own respiration and stable values of hemodynamics. EFFECT: higher efficiency of anesthesia conducted. 2 dwg
