FIELD: nuclear technology. SUBSTANCE: employed mass plasma filter 10 is cylindrical chamber 14 with longitudinal axis16, wall 12, first 32 and second 34 ends. Inlet hole 30 located between ends 32 and 34 is used to inject material 35 in steam-like state into chamber 14 with the help of injector 33 in direction of arrow 36.Sream 35 is ionized and multi-isotopic plasma 24 is produced by means of high-frequency currents generated by high-frequency antenna 38 mounted on wall 12 of chamber 14. Multi-isotopic plasma 24 includes particles 26 of large mass, particles 28 of little mass and electrons 40. This plasma interacts with crossed electric and magnetic fields. Magnetic field is formed with the help of coils 18. It includes component Bz directed along axis 16. Electric field is created with the aid of rings 20 arranged on end 34 of chamber 14. Electric field is perpendicular to magnetic field and has positive potential on axis 16and zero potential on wall 12. Plasma 24 swirls under action of crossed electric and magnetic fields. Particles 26 of large mass are expelled to wall12 and particles 28 of little mass are pushed to ends 32 and 34 of chamber 14. EFFECT: enhanced efficiency and effectiveness of separation, effective utilization of energy, prevented escape of particles from filter in point of their injection. 13 cl, 3 dwg
