FIELD: production of gas-liquid mixtures in different fields of engineering. SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a double-chamber jet-type aerator pertinent to the fields of mixing engineering, that may be used for purification of polluted runoffs, production of gas-liquid mixes in different fields of engineering, in particular at production of bitumens or fish protection systems. The double-chamber jet-type aerator contains a cylindrical collector and an air supply channel with, at least, one inlet aperture. The collector is made with the apertures uniformly spaced along generatrix. The air channel is made in the form of a U-shape profile with the outlet apertures uniformly located along the base placed on the surface of the collector. Apertures of the collecting channel are in the cavity of the air channel. Technical result: expansion of sphere of application of the double-chamber jet-type aerator due to creation of a stream of a gas-liquid mixture elongated in a direction perpendicular to the axes of the collector and formation of the even elongated streams of a gas-liquid mixtures.
