FIELD: petrochemical industry; mechanical engineering; other branches of industry.
SUBSTANCE: the invention is pertaining to the field of mixing equipment and serves for formation of microair bubbles of the air or any other gas in water or other liquid and for an even distribution of the micro bubbles in the volume of a liquid or on a cross-section of a stream, and also for generation of sprays of a gas-liquid mixture. The device may be used for purification of polluted flows, protection of fry of fishes against their trapping by water intakes, and also for production of the gas-liquid mixtures in different fields of engineering, for example, at production of bitumen. The aerator contains the assembly of dilatation with the flow chamber having the pressure and release branch-pipes and the assembly of the gas-liquid mixture distribution. At that the assembly of dilatation is supplied with a water-pressure pipeline and is made in the form of N (N=2,3...)the flow cameras supplied with the air branch-pipe and located on the water-pressure pipeline. The assembly of the gas-liquid mixture distribution of is made in the form of the holey heads placed on the release branch-pipes of the flow chambers, arranged under a sharp angle to the axis of the water-pressure pipeline. The technical result is creation of the lengthened and uniform in the area of kinetics, and mainly, in composition (contents of a gas in a liquid)of the stream of the gas-liquid mixture, simplification of the installation design, improvement of its reliability, and also dilatation of the field of its application.
