FIELD: special-destination fluids. SUBSTANCE: exhausted cutting emulsion is treated with 0.2-0.25 vol % of phosphoric acid at stirring to pH 2-3, resulting mixture is heated to 70-80(r) and allowed to settle. Oil phase is separated and treated with 0.6-0.7 wt % of NaOH at stirring to pH 9-11. Resulting product is stored for further use as component for new cutting emulsions. Method is recommended for metal machining enterprises. EFFECT: reduced expenses and efforts, and improved environmental condition owing to performing closed-cycle regeneration process.
