FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to reagent methods for processing of spent lubricating and cooling liquids (hereinafter – LCL); it can be used for intraoperation flushing and de-preservation of parts and products made of ferrous and non-ferrous metals on enterprises of metalworking, metallurgical and other industries. A technical means for purification of production waste is described, characterized in that the means is an aqueous solution including sodium hydroxide as an emulsifier, sodium carbonate as a washing additive, sodium orthophosphate as a corrective additive, sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate as a synthetic surfactant, and silicon dioxide as defoamer at the following composition, wt.%: sodium hydroxide 5-7, sodium carbonate 2.5-5, sodium orthophosphate 0.5-1.5, sodium alkylbenzenesulfonate no more than 0.5, silicon dioxide no more than 0.3, water is the rest.
EFFECT: provision of quality decomposition of LCL, reduction in requirements relatively to corrosion resistance of equipment, which will allow for use of materials providing a possibility of reduction in equipment cost.
