FIELD: electric engineering; heat power stations, steam generators, ships. SUBSTANCE: according to invention, generator is furnished with water electrolyzer containing brush-like electrodes with tungsten needles pointed to each other and installed with required clearance. Electrodes are installed in rectangular or cylindrical container coaxially relative to each other. Perforated aerator-catalyst tube is installed on container bottom, said tube being connected with compressor. Electrolyzer container is connected by inlet pipe with section of condensate accumulating tank through condensate line, electric pump and with liquid alkali container through meter furnished with solenoid and time relay. Electrolyzer container is connected with plasma generator located in ionization chamber by means of pipe. Ionization chamber is furnished with plasma generator plasma jet and water steam deflector and collector and steam pipes arranged with different angles of inclination and pointed to plasma jet. Electrodes of electrolyzer are connected with ac source through amplidyne, electric pulse transmitter and switches. Invention makes is possible to provide non-expensive ecologically clean high-calorific fuel directly from water.
