FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method of pipes casting from basalt includes manufacturing of ingots of pipes from basalt in water-cooled metallic casting moulds. Moulding and drilling equipment are matched. Pipes casting is implemented by means of immersion of drilling assembly into basaltic massif up to required depth, by means of pressure of weight of casting form and plasma drilling assembly on molten mass of basalt and action of mechanical vibratory oscillations of silent pile driver. Pouring of basalt liquid mass into shape-generating rings in the form of communicating vessels, melting, suction, feeding into mould is implemented simultaneously in integrated process. Molten basalt liquid mass is subject to action of vibratory oscillation in vacuum. Compaction of liquid mass in mould for casting and separation of mould from casting is implemented by mechanical oscillations by means of silent pile driver. Also in the invention there are described versions of device implementation for pipes casting from basalt and method of pipes from basalt manufacturing.
EFFECT: improvement of productivity, reliability and durability, improvement of water quality, cash assets saving for purchasing of fuel, metal, electric energy, manufacturing capability enhancement and excluding of manufacturing operations.
