FIELD: manufacture of pumps; connecting fittings for pipes in gas and liquid producing systems; drives of submersible electric pumps. SUBSTANCE: proposed flexible articulated coupling has two bodies interconnected by means of ring with spherical external surface. These bodies are located inside hermetic corrugated metal-reinforced hose. Ring is provided with cross-piece made from pins which are used for connection of ring with bodies. Besides that, cross-piece is provided with intermediate shaft with two articulated couplings for articulation of shaft sections of submersible electric pump; articulated couplings of intermediate shaft are equidistant from center of symmetry of cross-piece. EFFECT: enhanced tightness of articulation of pipes and sections of submersible electric pump. 2 cl, 2 dwg
