FIELD: medicine, experimental surgery. SUBSTANCE: laparotomy is carried out, one should withdraw duodenum into the wound together with pancreatic ductal department and at the site of such contact it is necessary to form a tourniquet: for this purpose one should apply a microirrigator with a fish line in the lumen onto anterior surface of this contact, the ends are withdrawn outside, pancreas and duodenum are returned to their initial place and under visual control for 60 min overlap glandular ductal system due to tightening up the ends of microirrigator, abdominal cavity is sutured by layers, and after some period of time the flap is removed. If microirrigator is not necessary it should be removed together with a fish line that saves duodenum and prevents the contact with exotoxins. EFFECT: higher efficiency. 1 ex, 1 tbl
