FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: for modeling of pancreatitis in animal under experiment performed is upper median 2.0-2.5 cm long laparotomy. Into obtained wound stomach and duodenum together with pancreas are delivered. After that by transillumination Wirsung's duct of pancreas is visualised. Then under visual control isolated ligation of Wirsung's duct of pancreas is performed. Depending on necessity to obtain total or focal pancreatic necrosis, place of Wirsung's duct ligation is varied from distal to proximal part. After that laparotomic wound is sutured. Survival rate of animals under experiment constitutes not less than 3 days in case if no drug treatment is applied.
EFFECT: adequate model reproduction.
