SUBSTANCE: device has serviceability indicator; series-connected analyzer and AND gate; series-connected receiver under check, first change-over unit CU1, terminal equipment, and second change-over unit CU2. Newly introduced in device are following units: unit metering corrective capabilities of receiver whose output is connected to input of receiver under check, its data input being connected to intermediate-frequency output of receiver under check and integrated with first input of analyzer, second input of unit measuring corrective capabilities of receiver being connected to AND gate output and check output, to second input of serviceability indicator; terminal equipment checkup unit whose data input is connected to second output of CU2 and output, to second input of CU1, checkup output being connected to third input of serviceability indicator; serviceability factor metering unit whose input is connected to output of CU2 and output, to first input of serviceability indicator; control inputs of CU1 and CU2 are connected to output of AND gate whose second input is connected to output of serviceability factor metering unit.
