FIELD: poultry farming.
SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing source of organic selenium and vitamin E into main ration of clinically healthy laying hens of at least 16-week age, with main ration being balanced with regard to amino acids, vitamins, basic marco- and microelements. Source of selenium is introduced in an amount of 0.02-0.1 wt% (200.0-1,000.0 g/t) and vitamin E is added in an amount of 0.006-0.012 wt% (60-120 g/t).
EFFECT: provision for obtaining of egg product with increased content of selenium and vitamin E, allowing bird survival rate to be increased, and reduced consumption of feed.
