FIELD: purification of formation water from suspended substances in petrochemical and oil-refining industries as well as purification of natural and household water.

SUBSTANCE: the invention is dealt with devices for purification of formation water and natural and household water and may be used in all branches of industry, for example, in oil refining and petrochemical industries, as well as for purification of natural and residential waters in the municipal services. The settler contains a pack of placed inside its housing parallel plates mounted along a traffic route of the initial water, the branch-pipes of the initial water delivery and clarified water and sediment withdrawal, at that the plates are located horizontally. The settler is supplied with the distributing collector installed in its center with capability to rotate. The collector has a slot along the pack height and is connected with the branch-pipe of the flushing fluid delivery and with a gas feeding branch-pipe. The latter is installed on the top of the settler. The technical result is an increase of efficiency of water purification and sediment removal from the surface of the plates.

EFFECT: the invention allows to increase efficiency of the water purification.
