SUBSTANCE: the invention presents a rotary-pulsating apparatus, that is dealt with devices used in chemical, food, pharmaceutical, microbiological industries for realization of processes of dispersion, homogenization, solution and mixing. The invention expands a range of application of the rotary-pulsating apparatus at the expense of increased speed of rotation of the working tool (a wheel of the rotor). The task is solved by installation of a planetary multiplicator between the cage of the frictionless bearings and the flange of the electric motor. At that the driving gear - the bell of the apparatus is fixed on the shaft of the electric motor and power of the electric motor is transmitted through the driving gear - the bell and the gears - satellites to the driven gear fixed on the shaft of the rotor of the apparatus.

EFFECT: the invention allows to expand a range of application of the rotary-pulsating apparatus due to an increased speed of rotation of its working tool.
